What you will do

  • Serve as a product expert for the hirify.global platform, advising clients and partners on optimal configurations and capabilities.
  • Oversee a portfolio of multiple client engagements and internal implementation projects within the MEA markets.
  • Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Act as the primary contact for client executives (CxO level), providing visibility through governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Assurance Architects to validate technical and functional aspects of solutions.
  • Capture lessons learned and mentor team members through the Center of Delivery Excellence framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program or portfolio management across multiple projects.
  • Prior experience delivering projects in MEA markets is required.
  • Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide teams in applying best practices.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication at the CxO level.
  • Structured thinking, flexibility, and strong result orientation.
  • Fluent English and Arabic at C1+ level are required.
