What you will do

• Oversee sales and key account management growth against business objectives.
• Lead the Sales and Key Account Management team in signing retail vendors aligned with the foodpanda mall strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with top grocery and retail vendors, grow their businesses, and resolve operational issues.
• Create and execute commercial plans and projects focused on revenue growth and profitability.
• Improve existing processes, monitor market and competitor trends, and drive operational efficiency.
• Coach, train, and motivate the team to deliver commercial results.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, and people management.
• Proven ability to build and execute revenue-growth and key-account strategies using a data-driven approach.
• Strong strategic thinking, performance management, and financial or budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, assertive, hands-on, and able to motivate others.
• Startup mindset with a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and independent working style.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, consumer goods startups, or ecommerce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
