What you will do

• Oversee sales and key account management to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the Sales & Key Account Management team in signing retail vendors matching the overall growth strategy.
• Collaborate with top vendors to maximize their business growth on the platform and resolve operational issues.
• Create and execute innovative commercial plans and projects aligned with business goals.
• Continuously improve existing processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor updates to provide strategic insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in sales, commercial, and people management.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods startups, or the ecommerce industry.
• Strong capability in strategic thinking, performance management, and financial/budgeting processes.
• Data-driven mindset for building and executing revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
