What you will do

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Mentor junior motion designers to ensure creative growth and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into motion-driven content.
• Oversee the entire motion production pipeline from concept to delivery, creating reusable templates to streamline production.
• Experiment with advanced visual effects, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Must be based in Indonesia.
• English: Communication skills are a MUST.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
