What you will do

• Create polished, on-brand creative assets for paid social, display ads, web banners, and email campaigns.
• Produce, edit, and deliver motion graphics as a core part of the workload using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Adapt and scale assets across various formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising quality.
• Develop performance-minded assets optimized for outcomes such as CPA, CTR, and engagement.
• Utilize generative AI imagery and video tools to support ideation and production efficiency.
• Film and assemble short-form video content for social and digital channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio demonstrating real-world assets.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience using Figma within a collaborative creative workflow.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts results.
• Ability to film and capture shots for social-first, platform-native short-form video content.
• Experience incorporating AI tools throughout the creative process.
