What you will do

• Develop creative strategies for performance marketing, paid social, and video campaigns based on audience insights.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and video content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Implement performance-led creativity, testing and iterating assets to optimize engagement and results.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to execute creative concepts across the full funnel.
• Lead creative workshops, reviews, and manage stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Utilize generative AI tools for ideation, exploration, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior motion design role with a portfolio of performance-led creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of platform-native content and formats for social ecosystems.
• Ability to translate strategy into high-quality and effective creative output.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid setup (40% office attendance).
