Location: Paris, France; hybrid, working out of the France office

What you will do
- Act as the technical authority and primary escalation point for complex customer and partner challenges.
- Design technical solutions and architectures covering data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches.
- Lead technical deep-dives, knowledge-transfer sessions, and platform enablement.
- Monitor and optimize customer environments, identifying technical improvements and platform-performance opportunities.
- Create solution architecture documents, implementation guides, and best-practice documentation.
- Provide technical leadership during partner and customer implementations and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data connectivity and ingestion architectures, solution architecture, system design, and data engineering principles.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling experience, including ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of AdTech and MarTech ecosystems.
Nice to have
- Experience with or similar CDP platforms.
- Advanced marketing technology and advertising technology knowledge.
- Expertise in advanced data modeling, machine learning and AI applications, real-time data processing, or privacy and compliance architecture.
- Partner- or customer-facing technical experience and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
