TL;DR

Content Creator (Marketing): Developing and executing a content strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth with an accent on multi-format storytelling and performance-driven engagement. Focus on creating high-quality video and social content, managing executive thought leadership, and optimizing results based on analytics.

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN (3 days in-office per week). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals.
  • Produce high-quality short- and long-form video, social posts, articles, and testimonials to drive engagement.
  • Lead employee-generated content (EGC) initiatives and ghostwrite thought leadership for executives, specifically for LinkedIn.
  • Distribute and optimize content across owned and paid channels based on SEO and platform best practices.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize the plan and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align content with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in content/brand marketing, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with content tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Descript.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple digital formats.
  • Strong understanding of social media optimization and audience behavior.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (e.g., H1B, TN, OPT).

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting executive personal brands on LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content workflows and tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Experience building content programs tied to demand generation or sales enablement.
