What you will do

• Define hirify.global's startup co-marketing content strategy across diverse channels and audience segments.
• Build social-first series featuring founders and builders integrating hirify.global into real-world workflows.
• Partner with field and event teams to capture, package, and publish content from startup programs.
• Collaborate with social, GTM, PMM, and comms teams to align narrative, timing, and distribution.
• Develop editorial systems and playbooks to scale content production without losing technical credibility.
• Analyze performance data and business impact to iteratively evolve content formats.

Requirements

• 7+ years of content marketing experience with clear ownership of strategy and execution.
• Meaningful startup experience (in-house, startup-focused role, or deep ecosystem work).
• Proven track record of building multi-channel B2B content programs that drove measurable outcomes.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Strong editorial judgment with a balance of storytelling, accuracy, and business goals.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
