UI Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Develop React components using TypeScript based on UX designs, wireframes, and user stories.
• Integrate GraphQL-based APIs into UI components.
• Build and maintain unit tests for components using Vitest.
• Debug UI issues and implement fixes reported by testers and users.
• Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Manage code and deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional background.
• 5+ years of experience in UI, frontend, or software development.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with GraphQL and unit testing frameworks like Vitest.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ant Design, React Query, and Zustand.
• Background supporting federal civilian clients.
• Experience with enterprise application modernization or cloud-based development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and UI testing practices.
