TL;DR
Senior Operator/Biotechnologist Ibex® m/f/d (Biopharmaceutical Production): Executing and documenting production steps for biological products in modular Ibex® manufacturing facilities with an accent on cGMP compliance, process engineering, and production safety. Focus on interpreting and eliminating deviations, performing production calculations, and supporting training in a flexible four-shift operation.

Location: Visp, Switzerland; work takes place in production facilities with flexible scheduling in a four-shift pattern.

What you will do

  • Work across various functions within production facilities while following safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
  • Execute production steps, including accurate recording and calculations.
  • Recognize, interpret, and eliminate production deviations.
  • Support the training of new team members.

Requirements

  • Completed chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, production technician, or in a comparable role.
  • Safety-conscious approach and knowledge of process engineering.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including a four-shift pattern, with flexible work scheduling.

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
