What you will do

• Operate production facilities in strict compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
• Recognize, interpret, and eliminate production deviations to ensure product quality.
• Execute critical production steps, including precise recording and technical calculations.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members within the production units.

Requirements

• Completed education in chemistry or biopharmaceuticals.
• Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator or production technician.
• Strong adherence to safety-conscious work practices.
• Knowledge of process engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in shifts (e.g., 4-shift pattern) with flexible scheduling.
