What you will do

• Prepare reports from templates using study protocols and incorporate critical pathological data.
• Perform QC on standard report data for accuracy and compliance with SOPs and protocol amendments.
• Coordinate the shipment of tissue slides between the US and China, communicating with regulatory agencies like USDA and US Customs.
• Apply for re-Export CITES permits to return monkey tissue slides to China.
• Organize resources for Peer Reviews, including slide shipping and facility arrangements.
• Monitor pathologist schedules to ensure the timely issuance of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (veterinary science, pharmacology, toxicology, animal science) or an Associate's degree.
• Approximately one year of industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Cranbury, NJ facility.
