What you will do
- Provide multi-channel support for standard and premium traders and partners to ensure positive client outcomes.
- Support client retention by providing accurate guidance and practical insights within approved processes.
- Identify and report recurring trends and observations to influence Product and IT roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to resolve client issues effectively.
- Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations with high accuracy.
- Manage escalations professionally, ensuring clear communication and resolution within agreed timeframes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Native Korean proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and service desk systems.
- Ability to work on rotating day shifts and weekend shifts.
- Must possess valid rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.
