Salary: $239,000 - $270,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system to ensure a consistent and usable app experience across all product areas.
• Manage the UX of core app architecture, including home screens, global navigation, and notification systems.
• Lead UX for growth-focused projects from initial research and definition through to launch.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, scope, and implementation quality.
• Collaborate with the commercial organization to provide design assets for sales and marketing.
• Develop a deep understanding of member needs to create seamless, empathetic healthcare experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shipping consumer-facing products, including mobile (iOS/Android).
• Proven track record of developing and managing complex design systems.
• Highly refined aesthetic sense with a preference for clean, simple, and engaging experiences.
• Extremely high attention to detail and ability to hold peers accountable for quality.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
