Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Own solution strategy for enterprise opportunities, leading discovery on economic drivers and technical requirements.
  • Create winning demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to client-specific outcomes and handle objections.
  • Serve as the technical authority for executive stakeholders, leading workshops and RFP presentations.
  • Mentor other Solutions Consultants and provide structured feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Design high-impact project plans and handoff materials to ensure alignment between Product and Implementation teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in solutions consulting, enterprise SaaS pre-sales, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-million ARR deals with high win rates.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite buyers.
  • Expertise in value selling, ROI modeling, and quantifying business impact.
  • Ability to architect complex solutions and discuss technical integrations (APIs, security, HIPAA compliance).
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY

  • Deep experience in life sciences, specialty pharma, rare disease organizations, or regulated healthcare environments.
