Manager, Consulting (Gas OT/ICS)

Manager, Consulting (Gas OT/ICS): Leading and delivering Natural Gas Utility and Pipeline Transmission OT/ICS programs with an accent on system design, configuration, and integration. Location: Hybrid (US). Must be based in or near Overland Park, Phoenix, Charlotte, Tampa, or Houston.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements for Natural Gas OT/ICS programs, including SCADA, measurement, and pipeline monitoring systems.
• Develop OT modernization strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Perform system configuration and integration between OT platforms and enterprise IT systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document operational processes and integration requirements.
• Develop solution architectures and technical specifications for natural gas control systems.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, UAT, and go-live execution, providing hands-on support during commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SCADA, OT, or ICS system configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of natural gas transmission and distribution operations.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, RTUs, and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No Visa Sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in Natural Gas Utility or Pipeline Transmission OT/ICS environments.
• Experience acting as a system integrator or owner’s engineer for SCADA implementations.
• Direct experience supporting PHMSA compliance and Control Room Management (CRM).
• Working knowledge of API Recommended Practices for natural gas pipelines.
