What you will do

• Lead the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mobile and modular distributed power plants.
• Manage field teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of fielded assets.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate major service events with the Parent Company (CAT Dealer).
• Leverage SCADA and energy management systems (EMS) to optimize performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with teams to promote positive customer experiences and uphold core company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in power generation operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with natural gas turbines and/or reciprocating engines.
• Experience managing field teams in a multi-site or mobile asset environment.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and CMMS tracking systems.
• Experience with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or working with CAT dealers.
