Salary: $100,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Serve as the escalation owner for high-severity or technically complex customer issues involving NetBox products.
• Identify top friction points in the customer journey and lead cross-functional efforts to remove them.
• Drive the execution of the plugin strategy to improve customer confidence and upgrade predictability.
• Produce technical content including upgrade playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to quantify customer impact and improve triage paths.

Requirements

• Experience improving customer experience in a technical role such as TechOps, Solutions, or SRE.
• Strong familiarity with NetBox and its ecosystem, including APIs and plugins.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Django for debugging and triage.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Postgres.
• Solid Linux system administration skills (services, logs, networking).
• Must be based on the US West Coast.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes experience with Helm, ingress, and persistent storage.
• Observability experience and performance debugging skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing for Python projects.
• Prior developer advocacy experience including talks and workshops.
