Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community.

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to improve activity levels, participation quality, and user retention within the Chinese Web3 community.
• Manage daily operations across social media and community channels, including content publishing and communication rhythm control.
• Plan and execute online and offline events such as AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, and community challenges.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar with high-quality, "internet-native" content to drive discussion and sharing.
• Identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs and ecosystem partners to drive co-marketing campaigns.
• Analyze community data and sentiment to iteratively optimize engagement strategies and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Web3 community operations, content operations, or growth roles.
• Solid understanding of Layer2, DeFi, DAO, and blockchain ecosystem governance.
• Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Proven ability to design interactive community campaigns and manage them from planning to evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-threaded environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with exchanges, wallets, GameFi, or specific Chinese crypto communities.
• Proficiency with platforms like Telegram, Discord, WeChat, X (Twitter), Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and Douyin.
• Hands-on experience organizing offline meetups and KOL collaborations.
• Strong familiarity with meme culture and social media trends.
