What you will do
- Manage communities on Telegram, Instagram, and other platforms, adapting communication to Casino audiences and brand TOV.
- Launch and develop engagement and gamification mechanics including polls, quizzes, AMAs, and challenges.
- Monitor chat quality, response speed, and empathy, escalating issues to support, product, or CRM teams.
- Maintain a consistent content cadence, creating activity scripts and design briefs for engagement mechanics.
- Collect audience feedback and systematize behavioral patterns to identify community needs.
- Own reporting and KPI analytics, tracking Active Chatters, ER, UGC Share, and sentiment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Community or SMM Manager with a focus on Telegram, Instagram, and Discord.
- 1+ year of experience in the iGaming, Gambling, or Betting vertical.
- Proven track record of implementing engaging mechanics and growing community retention metrics.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to de-escalate negativity and maintain a live TOV.
- Ability to work with social analytics including ER, CTR, DAU/MAU, and sentiment analysis.
- Experience with community automation tools, chat-bots, CRM systems, and dashboards.
Nice to have
- Portfolio with case studies demonstrating growth in engagement or community quality.
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat, Make, Zapier, Telegram Bots, and Meta Business.
- Experience building anti-spam logic, chat rules, and crisis communication scripts.
- Basic content production skills and ability to create briefs for designers.
