hirify.global is developing OpenClaw Mission Control, a local-first AI agent framework.

What you will do

• Act as the principal technical builder to productise OpenClaw Mission Control from a prototype to a usable application.
• Develop the Project OS, including project rooms, persistent state, and command routing.
• Build an agent and skill system with registries, reusable workflows, and safe execution controls.
• Create a mission-control dashboard featuring status panels, KPIs, and approval queues.
• Implement a local safety layer involving sandboxing, permission gates, and secrets handling.
• Integrate various AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, and local models via Ollama.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Practical access to and working proficiency with Codex as part of the development workflow.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs and convert them into stable, tested, and auditable production code.
• Experience in full-stack systems building and software architecture.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Sydney Time.
• Capability to translate product objectives into technical plans, implementation sequences, and acceptance criteria.
