What you will do

• Direct the end-to-end editorial and technical flow of a daily live show from the control room.
• Manage the daily "pitch-to-air" cycle and show rundowns to balance news and analysis.
• Lead a specialized crew of technical directors, audio engineers, and camera operators.
• Provide real-time coaching to hosts and analysts via IFB to guide pacing and tone.
• Oversee the visual aesthetic using multi-cam setups, remote guest integrations, and real-time graphics.
• Collaborate with newsroom and growth teams to align coverage and maximize content clippability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Senior Producer or EP role for daily live sports, news, or talk programming.
• Deep fluency in live studio environments, including multi-cam directing and graphics integration (Chyron/Ross).
• Expertise in modern livestreaming workflows (RTMP, vMix, OBS) and traditional broadcast standards.
• Exceptional knowledge of the sports landscape and ability to pivot based on breaking news.
• Proven ability to remain decisive under pressure during technical failures or live events.
• Must be based in the US and available to travel for major events (e.g., Super Bowl, Draft).
