What you will do

• Manage slates of live and non-live sports productions in collaboration with Heads of Production.
• Plan and contract staff, directly managing JPMs and PCs while mentoring junior team members.
• Oversee complex budgeting, including construction, forecasting, and cost management for new and existing clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and partners, attending meetings and managing relationships.
• Ensure production compliance by working closely with Legal and Business Affairs.
• Oversee risk assessments, business continuity plans, and post-production schedules.

Requirements

• Strong background in live and non-live sport production is essential.
• Proven experience in budget writing, managing large teams, and delivering programs to international broadcasters.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the Cardiff office 4 days per week.
