Production Coordinator (Video Production)

What you will do

• Support the Production Manager and team by communicating key production information across all departments, crew, and talent.
• Organize call sheets and book UK travel for production staff, crew, contributors, and talent.
• Negotiate rates with external suppliers and crew.
• Manage budget tracking, including raising purchase orders, processing expenses, and reconciling petty cash.
• Process DBS checks and handle purchase orders.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume studio programming, specifically gameshows.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with broadcast production workflows and basic technical understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Salford office (4 days per week) and be flexible with weekend work.
