What you will do

• Design, architect, and deploy infrastructure solutions across Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and hybrid Exchange Server environments.
• Own P1/P2 incidents end-to-end, leading resolution efforts and performing root cause analysis.
• Automate operations using PowerShell, Graph API, and IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage backup strategies and ensure DR readiness of critical systems using Rubrik.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a key infrastructure domain.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure within a regulated industry.
• Expertise in Windows Server (2022/2025), Active Directory, and VMware vSphere/Horizon.
• Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for coordination with US-based teams.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model and APAC timezone.
