What you will do

• Design and maintain global server and storage infrastructure using Salt and RPM packages.
• Serve as a primary technical responder for P1/P2 Linux infrastructure incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Perform kernel tuning and optimize low-latency bare-metal infrastructure, including kernel-bypass networking stacks (e.g., Solarflare/Onload).
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell to reduce administrative overhead and improve system health.
• Build observability dashboards using Grafana and Prometheus to monitor platform health and capacity utilization.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure projects in coordination with Engineering, Network, and Security teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid).
• 7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale 24x7 enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kernel (scheduling, networking, I/O, monitoring).
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for system automation.
• Experience with configuration management (Salt/Puppet) and storage systems (SAN/NAS, NVMe, RAID).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of IaC tooling such as Terraform.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
