Sr. Software Engineer - Vehicle Order Fulfillment (Java/React)

What you will do

• Define and communicate technical vision aligned with product requirements and business goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications supporting vehicle manufacturing and plant execution.
• Build Java, Quarkus, React, REST API, and microservices solutions using clean architecture, SOLID principles, and TDD.
• Adopt Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, observability, logging, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java.
• 3+ years of mentoring experience and driving technical initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with React, Quarkus, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, design patterns, automated testing, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, modern system design, debugging, optimization, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, planning, user-story definition, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with React, Kubernetes, Docker, Quarkus, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures.
• 3+ years working with Scrum development methodology.
