Salary: $50,000–$55,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors and plan sponsors to address administrative needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage feedback loops.
- Identify and resolve one-touch tickets using internal tools.
- Participate in client conference calls to provide status updates and remediation progress.
- Document all client interactions and updates within company tooling.
- Escalate complex challenges to management, legal, or compliance teams as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be available to work 9am ET to 6pm ET.
- Strong commitment to superior customer service and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of incoming inquiries.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Retirement industry experience.
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66).
- Professional certifications such as QKA or QKC.
