What you will do

• Resolve complex technical issues related to Revenue and Contract Management products in line with customer SLAs.
• Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis by reviewing code, logs, and product configurations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for enterprise customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve bugs and advocate for feature requests.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to the internal and external knowledge base.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical support experience in SaaS, specifically with platforms like Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with knowledge of SQL, Java, .NET, or Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience analyzing logs and reviewing code to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work shifts between 7am MT to 6pm MT, including rotational weekends and holidays.
• Must be based in the US (Boston, MA or Houston, TX).
