What you will do

• Own organic traffic growth for premium florist websites and the hirify.global marketplace as the north-star KPI.
• Perform full technical SEO audits and execute high-impact SEO/AEO/GEO initiatives.
• Write and ship production code primarily in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve site architecture and performance.
• Design and build internal and customer-facing SEO tools to productize repeatable growth wins.
• Build and maintain tracking infrastructure and reporting funnels using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Manage integrations with search platforms including Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Apple Business.

Requirements

• Strong technical SEO experience with a track record of improving organic traffic.
• Ability to write and ship production code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to define tracking requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with marketplaces or multi-tenant platforms.
• Expertise in scaling local or programmatic SEO.
