What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development projects from architecture and planning through deployment and optimization.
• Develop custom web applications and proprietary internal platforms to support business operations and client services.
• Build and maintain websites across WordPress, Magento, and Shopify.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end implementations.
• Manage technical SEO requirements, including Core Web Vitals, site speed improvements, and low-risk website migrations.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Advanced expertise in PHP and MySQL.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Extensive experience in custom theme and plugin development for WordPress, Magento, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals).
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a digital agency.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as iGaming, finance, legal, or healthcare.
• Experience developing proprietary software platforms and internal business tools.
