What you will do

• Perform deep technical analysis of incoming digital features and experiences.
• Lead gap definition and develop comprehensive test cases for owned features.
• Build and execute efficient tests leveraging automation tools.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across engineering pillars.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technical strategies with business outcomes.
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of automotive/infotainment engineering experience.
• 4+ years of automotive industry experience or experience with direct suppliers such as Bosch, Google automotive, or Android auto.
• Extensive experience working on benches or in-vehicle environments.
• Experience leveraging programming to run test cases on bench or in-vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future (no H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience launching infotainment features.
• Hands-on experience debugging bench setups and in-vehicle integration.
