Salary: $153,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Build and iterate on features across both member-facing and provider-facing surfaces.
• Evolve early-stage solutions into mature, scalable products across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.
• Own the end-to-end execution and delivery of new features and product experiments.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to triage alerts and ensure application health.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
• Ability to translate loosely scoped ideas into fully realized product features.
• Experience using observability stacks (e.g., Datadog) to monitor and troubleshoot production features.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to public-facing applications and managing external user challenges.
• Prior professional experience in healthcare or health tech.
