What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of delivery and impact.
• Develop and maintain the underlying platform to ensure stability and a smooth developer experience.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to push for the best product outcomes.
• Prototype new feature ideas and resolve UI/UX blemishes to ensure a polished product.
• Contribute to team best practices and support teammates through peer problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least two years of professional experience (hiring across all seniority levels).
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React to contribute code from day one.
• Experience building user-facing products with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills.
