What you will do

• Consult with clients on complex accounting transactions related to M&A, IPOs, and regulatory changes.
• Plan and execute divestiture solutions, including carve-out readiness and operational transitions.
• Support SEC regulatory filings and facilitate the preparation of carve-out financials.
• Identify market trends to provide proactive problem-solving and advisory services.
• Train and supervise audit associates and interns, providing consistent and regular feedback.
• Represent the firm at recruiting and professional networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• Minimum two years’ experience in financial statement audits or transaction advisory.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and standards.
• Must be based in the US and able to work hybridly in Boston, MA.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on short notice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
