What you will do

• Lead due diligence for private credit managers, including direct lending and structured credit.
• Conduct investment and operational due diligence focusing on portfolio construction and risk frameworks.
• Manage a private credit investment pipeline and prepare detailed qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Oversee broader private markets coverage, including private equity, real estate, and real assets.
• Present market insights and investment opportunities to internal committees and clients.
• Mentor and manage junior investment analysts to foster a high-performing research culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of total experience in financial services.
• 10+ years of experience conducting due diligence on private capital managers.
• Experience working for a top-tier investment consultant or fund of funds.
• Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior industry professionals.
