TL;DR

Product Operations (Fintech): Building and scaling workflows for automated bookkeeping and ERP integrations with an accent on reducing customer friction and improving product quality. Focus on capturing voice-of-customer feedback, shipping UX improvements using AI tools, and automating internal release management processes.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (at least 3 days/week at HQ) or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support available.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Manage the voice-of-customer loop by systematically analyzing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable requirements and specs.
• Oversee launch operations for new features as they transition from Alpha to General Availability.
• Directly implement UX fixes and product improvements using AI tools.
• Automate operational processes to accelerate shipping speed while maintaining a high quality bar.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or analytical roles within B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in or be able to work in-person in New York City (at least 3 days/week).
• Proficiency in using data to analyze adoption trends and size opportunities.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate work and directly make product improvements.
• Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or Xero.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close.
