TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/React/AI): Building an AI-first marketing engine and autonomous agents to automate multichannel growth with an accent on agentic workflows, data ingestion pipelines, and LLM integration. Focus on designing self-optimizing systems, orchestrating AI-driven personalization, and transforming raw data into actionable marketing insights.

Location: Hybrid in Düsseldorf, Germany (up to 2 work-from-home days weekly)

What you will do

• Design and ship autonomous agent workflows that orchestrate research, decisioning, and multi-channel execution at scale.
• Build robust data ingestion pipelines using Postgres, BigQuery, and Kafka to create a context layer for AI personalization.
• Develop customer-facing dashboards that translate complex AI operations into actionable insights for marketing teams.
• Own reliability and observability by implementing logging, tracing, alerting, and performance budgets within CI/CD.
• Rapidly prototype and productionize agentic playbooks using lean experimentation and feature flags.
• Instrument end-to-end performance metrics to build self-optimizing systems that improve continuously.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks (ai-sdk, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic) and vector search.
• Proficiency with data pipelines and databases (Postgres, BigQuery, Kafka).
• Product-first mindset, focusing on customer problems and success metrics.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Düsseldorf, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP (GKE, BigQuery, GCS).
• Python proficiency for data-related tasks.
• Experience with growth/RevOps tooling and GDPR/CCPA awareness.
