What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities from order intake through delivery.
  • Conduct detailed time studies and shopfloor observations to analyze cycle times, bottlenecks, and WIP.
  • Map complex manufacturing flows involving parallel operations and multi-step production processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with production, engineering, supply chain, and planning teams to validate operational data.
  • Ensure reconciliation of manufacturing data between shopfloor observations and SAP/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with teams to structure VSM outputs and drive process standardization.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), time studies, and shopfloor analysis.
  • Experience in complex manufacturing environments, preferably in regulated or high-precision industries.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and manufacturing data flow.
  • Must be based in the United States.
