Salary: $230,000 - $268,250 per year

What you will do

• Lead Technical Services delivery across the US Public Sector for both civilian and sensitive government engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to maintain a 100% client retention rate.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing technical organization of over 100 FTEs and contractors.
• Optimize resource mix and delivery predictability to meet global margin targets.
• Drive the integration of automation and AI across Cloud, SOAR, and SOC environments.
• Direct the development of automated tools to modernize internal service capabilities and global delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Technical Services or Customer Success within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technical organizations with direct and matrixed reporting.
• Deep experience supporting US Federal Government, DoD/DoW, Intel, and State & Local Government customers.
• Strong familiarity with Cloud, Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM, and SOC operations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• No immigration sponsorship provided; must have valid US work authorization.
