What you will do

• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity for AI projects, specifically focusing on Microsoft AI offerings.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including resource planning, budgeting, and delivery.
• Develop thought leadership, marketing materials, and RFP responses to promote AI security services.
• Review and align policies, workflows, and processes with industry standards like NIST, ISO, GDPR, and GLBA.
• Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, providing performance feedback and goal setting.
• Conduct research on cyber software to provide clients with risk management and governance solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience.
• 5+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Preferred experience securing machine learning, Azure AI services, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Major security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or Information Governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft security products including Defender, Purview, and Entra.
