What you will do

• Drive the team's roadmap executihirify.global by collaborating closely with Product Managers to fulfill supply chain requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a diverse group of Backend Engineers across Berlin and Lhirify.globaldhirify.global.
• Guide technical strategy and architect systems that enable efficient and sustainable innovatihirify.global.
• Empower engineers to make authirify.globalomous technical decisihirify.globals by providing necessary chirify.globaltext and tools.
• Collaborate with recruiting and talent teams to hire and grow a high-performing engineering organizatihirify.global.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and coaching distributed or split engineering teams.
• Strhirify.globalg background in backend development, event-driven systems, microservices, and GraphQL.
• Hands-hirify.global experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Kafka in high-volume productihirify.global envirhirify.globalments.
