What you will do

• Lead an IT support team to achieve KPIs for infrastructure support and project planning.
• Oversee the installation, upgrading, and dismantling of hardware based on operational requests.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues related to server hardware and advanced GPU cloud clusters.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration and maintenance.
• Manage asset management processes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of team management and hands-on experience in diagnosing server hardware issues.
• Solid understanding of data center operations, server, and network equipment principles.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM operational activities.
• Basic proficiency in Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• ITIL and/or PMI certification.
• Driving License (Category B).
