What you will do

  • Own the integrated program plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across all initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain program-level KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting to track delivery and value realization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional sessions, including Steering Committees, initiative reviews, and leadership readouts.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics, preparation, and follow-through for strategic workshops and working sessions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, project management, transformation management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • High comfort working with senior leaders (VP/SVP/C-suite) and coordinating across matrixed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Fluency in English required.
