What you will do

• Develop deep subject matter expertise in mapping operations and serve as the primary point of contact for organizational stakeholders.
• Test and roll out new mapping tools, features, and workflows in collaboration with Engineering and Product partners.
• Identify and implement end-to-end efficiency improvements to scale mapping operations.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for map builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Process-focused mindset with experience improving inefficient processes.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas in simple, understandable ways.

• Proficiency in SQL or other data analytics skills.
