What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make for meeting processing, routing, and reporting.
• Develop integrations across Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and Neo4j to create a unified intelligence layer.
• Build executive dashboards to track real-time portfolio health, deal pipelines, and KPIs for leadership.
• Drive AI adoption across divisions by identifying efficiency opportunities using Claude, Neuronet, and other LLM tools.
• Own the Technical Strategy Roadmap for automation and intelligence infrastructure.
• Establish AI governance practices and build predictive models for deal outcomes and partnership health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, business intelligence, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience building automation pipelines (n8n, Zapier, Make) to eliminate manual work at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript for writing production-quality scripts and integrations.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise platforms (CRMs, project management tools) into unified data flows.
• Experience designing executive-level dashboards for complex data communication.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry or working with game publishers/studios.
• Familiarity with Neo4j graph databases and knowledge graph concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Grafana, or Metabase.
• Background in NPI (New Product Introduction) frameworks or stage-gate processes.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms like Netlify, Railway, or Fly.io.
