What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases for Customer Office teams to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions across the GTM tech stack.
• Build automation and intelligence layers on top of Salesforce and GTM tools leveraging LLMs.
• Partner with Enterprise Systems and Architecture teams to define data models and governance standards.
• Utilize customer data to power AI-driven insights for confident decision-making.
• Evaluate, test, and scale new AI and GTM technology trends through continuous experimentation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, or software engineering within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks.
• Deep proficiency with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks.
• Strong technical skills in Python, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success processes and revenue operations.
