What you will do

• Define detailed software architecture and write SMART requirements for the Newtrax MDP product.
• Oversee the development of core functional logic in accordance with industry best practices.
• Implement technology strategies for architecture, design, and interfacing to meet business needs.
• Optimize the platform for maximum performance and scalability while troubleshooting infrastructure and code issues.
• Implement security and data protection best practices, including compliance frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
• Act as a coach and mentor for colleagues within an agile team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of software development experience with 5–7+ years specifically in software architecture for large-scale systems.
• Expertise in on-premises architecture, microservices, web applications (SPA, PWA), and IoT.
• Proficiency in C#, Go, Python, SQL, and GraphQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Full proficiency in English written and spoken is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of embedded systems or real-time systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and industry standards (e.g., ISO-13849, IEC-61508).
• Cloud knowledge and Azure certifications.
