- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Manage suppliers, support technical reviews, and resolve development issues.
- Contribute to requirements management, testing, and certification support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in avionics engineering, specifically in interior lighting or air data systems.
- Technical knowledge of air data probes and air data computers.
- Experience leading technical topics within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to mentor and support junior technical staff.
- Experience in supplier coordination within aerospace development programs.
- Professional English is essential; German is considered a plus.
