What you will do

• Coordinate initial treatment schedules and adjust appointments for patients and families.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails to address patient and family questions or concerns.
• Manage administrative tasks, including medical record requests and patient transitions, to support the clinical team.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience at every interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably with scheduling responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a virtual, patient-facing or provider-facing setting.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems and tools simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to identify root causes and solutions.
• Must be based in the US
