What you will do

• Lead small developer teams through detailed discovery, requirements analysis, and sprint planning.
• Design and implement cloud systems using CloudFormation and Serverless templates.
• Manage technical decisions for projects, handling professional conflict productively to maintain team morale.
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews and constructive guidance.
• Continuously research and integrate new AWS services and tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client product owners to execute SOW requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience.
• Expert knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, and VPC.
• Recent professional focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Must be based in the United States.
